GWYESCO is a results-based financing module supporting women and youth aged 18-35 across Ghana's three northern regions. The module combines vocational training, digital skills, entrepreneurship support, employment placement, and social cohesion activities to create sustainable livelihoods.
Delivered by the Social Investment Fund in partnership with the African Development Bank and Ghana's Ministry of Finance — designed to transform potential into participation in the modern economy.

I own a shop where I sell storage bowls, mugs, tables and chairs as well as other plastic ware. I have been barely able to keep my business afloat as well as increase sales in this difficult economic climate. I was keeping track of my records but it was not the best. The tools I received from JAVC as well as the training on how to use them effectively has helped improve my record keeping as well as help me plug some spending leakages.
