I own a shop where I sell storage bowls, mugs, tables and chairs as well as other plastic ware. I have been barely able to keep my business afloat as well as increase sales in this difficult economic climate. I was keeping track of my records but it was not the best. The tools I received from JAVC as well as the training on how to use them effectively has helped improve my record keeping as well as help me plug some spending leakages. I am very happy and recommend the project to my fellow MSMEs

I am a shop attendant at a retail shop in Cape Coast where we sell hair, hair products and accessories. I find it difficult when my employer questions me about sales and expenditure. With the tools and training I have received from JAVC under the Project, I write everything down especially debtors and creditors with the dates and the respective amounts. Now, when my employer comes to the shop for account reconciliation, she goes straight to the books and looks through, and does not question me so much. This has made my life easier.

I run a shop in Ejisu that sells agro-chemicals, farm implements as well as seedlings among others. The tools and training received under the Project have been very beneficial. I am now accurately tracking my sales and expenditure and I am able to give my customers receipts out of books and I need more so kindly send me more books to help my business!
